About

No matter where our stories have taken us, we all just want to be ok, to feel like we can cope, find connection and meaning. Counselling and psychotherapy has been a powerful guide for me in this way. My role is to offer that to you too. I work with clients online through video calls and we decide together what the best approach to therapy will be and the number of sessions that may be needed. I spent most of my career in the humanitarian, international aid sector. I retrained as a counsellor after working with trauma affected communities and humanitarian workers and seeing the need for people to process, heal and recover from big, hard things. I work with not-for-profit teams as an EAP counsellor and provide training on trauma-informed approaches to programming. I have a Masters of Counselling and work with somatic (bodily) tools, as well as psychotherapy tools and behavioural and narrative approaches. I run women's wellbeing retreats and groups for people recovering from religious trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I work on the lands of the Wangal people. I'm a member of the Australian Counselling Association. We are all worthy of lives of meaning, beauty and connection. I'd love to support you as you grow into yours.
