Kirt Hines Counselling is facilitating x2 face 2 face and x2 Online Weekly Women’s Circles from the 8th of January 2025! Our face 2 face Circles will be held in the new Safe Space Allied Health HUB – Evolve Mental Health & Wellness HUB @ 7 Pennant Street Cardiff, NSW 2285. – All Circles are capped at a small group as they are specifically for women healing from Trauma and / mental illness. – Each Circle is CLOSED which means people cannot come and go as they please, which makes the energy and feel inside the circle much safer, certain and supportive for participants – Each round goes for 8 weeks and apart from January will operate outside of School Holidays. – Grant funding is being sought by our writers to try and make the increasingly popular WWC inclusive and accessible – The face 2 face Circles break for a morning or afternoon tea break and will go for 2.5 hours – The online for 90mins with no breaks – Circles are a great alternative to 1:1 counselling or Therapy as you are not the whole focus, there is a sense of belonging and understanding among participants, the cost is generally much less – We utilise ACT, IFS parts work especially inner child, Compassion focused therapy, some CBT, Self-love and self-care work, Effective communication, how to recognise red flags, developmental theories, we practice many Somatic Practices that you will then have for life, and we also get into true Womans Circle spirit and learn moon rituals, manifesting and oracle card readings! – Participants will be a part of a growing private Facebook group and each circle has its own secure and private WhatsApp chat for the period of their circle. I have found having this extra support has been integral in assisting woman to feel secure and attached as they move through the rest of their week. – All worksheets and Journals provided for both modalities We would love to see you in one of the Circles and are taking down confirmations and deposits now.
