I work with clients with a wide range of issues including brain fog, weight management issues, anxiety and stress, low moods, general fatigue, skin and hormonal imbalances- the list goes on. I work with couples for family change. I use an integrative approach with modern scientific movement towards acknowledging the importance of diet and gut-biome. This rebalancing is necessary beyond talk therapy in order to achieve a healthy mental space. I also work with modern psychological techniques in order to create behaviour change such as hypnosis, ACT, physical and behavioural programming. My aim is to take you to thriving and long- term holistic health.
