About

Carli (she/her) is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with 22 years’ experience working with older people, adults and young people in community and hospital mental health care settings. Carli is registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Occupational Therapy Australia.
Integrating decades of experience as a mental health occupational therapist, Carli offers evidence-based occupational therapy individual assessment and interventions to adults, working closely with the person, their family and identified supports. She is passionate about supporting people to connect with what is meaningful for them and to improve their quality of life by reconnecting with their meaningful life roles. Carli highly values the importance of fun, creativity and kindness in personal growth. She has a person-centred, strengths based, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach.
Nature based occupational therapy is an area of interest for Carli and she incorporates this into her services where possible.
