Grace works with individuals, families, carers, and support networks to provide collaborative and integrated care through therapy. As an experienced mental health social worker, Grace utilises therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Based Treatment for adolescents (FBT), Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Grace engages in continual learning and professional development. Additionally, Grace is an experienced Social Work Supervisor, having recently completed the AASW Advanced Mental Health Supervision Training.
