Felicity is a PACFA registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working with children and their families. Felicity specialises in supporting children (5-13 years of age), their parents and individual adults suffering with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem and confidence issues, ADHD and parenting challenges as well as individuals struggling with addiction issues and trauma. Felicity is a warm, compassionate and empathic therapist who collaborates closely with each client to find the most effective approach for them. Felicity is particularly passionate about helping children and their parents to work through any struggles or difficulties they may be facing using a variety of different tools and strategies. Felicity utilises a number of different approaches when working with clients, including person-centred, DBT, CBT, Gestalt, Somatic practices and play therapy.
