Jessica Day is a compassionate counsellor and the founder of Endue Counselling Services, dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, perinatal and postnatal issues, relationship struggles, and cancer-related concerns. With a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and registration as a Counsellor with the Australian Counsellors Association, Jessica brings both professional expertise and a warm, understanding approach to her practice. Jessica’s journey into counselling was deeply influenced by her experience working with cancer patients during her internship as a Radiation Therapist and her personal encounter with postnatal depression. These experiences, along with her background in crisis support with Lifeline and her time working in funeral services and customer care, gave her a unique insight into the challenges her clients face. Whether guiding individuals through life’s uncertainties or helping them find hope and resilience, Jessica is committed to creating a safe and supportive space. Her services are delivered via phone and online, making counselling accessible Australia-wide. Jessica’s practice is informed by Christian faith, offering clients optional faith-based support when it’s meaningful to them, while respecting their autonomy and individual beliefs. Driven by a mission to empower clients to overcome life’s challenges, Jessica strives to help each person feel heard, valued, and equipped to embrace their personal journey with confidence and strength.
