I became a counsellor to know more about myself and how the mind works. As an empath, my mission is to help empower one woman at a time. With many hats women wear, it can be a struggle, and with that comes with generational trauma that also affects physical health as well. I then retrained to also become a coach...therefore I combine my counselling with coaching and provide life coaching, empowernment coaching and weightless coaching. Having had bariatric surgery last year, this has allowed me to transform into a new version of myself and I strive to help others wanting to make massive life changes whether it is to do with weightloss or other areas in your life.
