I am credentialed in Australia and have extensive professional experience in mental health. I support clients experiencing relationship challenges, sleep difficulties, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence concerns, as well as career-related stress. My areas of specialisation include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, anger management, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In June 2024, I was invited as one of the first mental health professionals to join BetterHelp. Since then, I have conducted nearly 190 therapy sessions on the platform, and my current live session rating is 4.8 out of 5. Since November 2025, I have been leading BetterHelp’s first global group session specifically designed for individuals recovering from psychological trauma following car accidents. In this group, I help participants understand how PTSD develops and impacts brain functioning, learn to reframe anxious thoughts, regulate intense emotions, and rebuild a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in their lives. I also provide evidence-informed therapeutic strategies and guided relaxation techniques to support participants in restoring self-esteem, confidence, and practical coping skills for daily life. I am fluent in both Mandarin and English and provide culturally responsive counselling for clients from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds. I believe that you are the expert in your own story and that you already possess the inner strengths needed to navigate life’s challenges. Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I am proud of you for beginning this journey.
