Jack (They/He) is a Certified Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coach who provides a non-judgemental, caring place for people to bring any concerns about sexuality and intimacy. Working with people of all sexualities, genders and relationship formats, Somatic Sex and Intimacy coaching, blends talking with practical tools, mindfulness, and education to create more understanding, choice, and empowerment in your sex life and intimate relationships. Jack provides coaching that supports clients in developing an understanding of their mind-body link as it relates to sexual pleasure, sexuality, and body autonomy, focusing on your present-day intentions and co-creating strategies for exploring these intentions in a safe way with sex and pleasure education, practical tools, and embodiment practices. Jack is client-led and solutions-focused and works with you to deepen your connection with your body and support you to understand better your sexual personality type and the meanings, beliefs, and thoughts you attribute to sex and intimacy. Jack has a particular interest in supporting clients to move through sexual or body shame, and sexual functioning concerns, including orgasm, arousal and dryness, erection, and ejaculation concerns, as well as sexual pain, surgery, and scars (labiaplasty, gender-affirming surgery, birthing scars, circumcision). Jack welcomes all people, including LGBTQIA++ individuals; all relationship formations, Kink/BDSM and sex work creating a safe space to explore any topics that feel relevant to you.
