Amanda is passionate about the work that she does and has been working in public mental health and addiction services for over 20 years and in the past 5 years has also been working privately. Amanda works therapeutically with adults and young people struggling with substance use, trauma, mental health and relationship issues. At the heart of her approach is an understanding that every person's situation is unique. As such Amanda has a flexible approach and will adapt to what a person needs and wants from therapy. Amanda aims to work alongside her clients in an accepting and nurturing space that allows people to know more about themselves at a pace that's right for them. Amanda is often inspired and humbled by her opportunity to help people reconnect with themselves and what's important to them.
